Hi Leslie,
Cricket is doing wonderfully! You are correct about her being 100% fearless! She's been many places with me already, met lots of people, and has been simply golden with all of it. After a few days in Dallas, we just got home tonight, so it was her first time to meet my other dogs. She was bold as can be, instantly greeted them, then went to their food (and ate about three times more than I've ever seen her eat before!) Kira, the BC mix, simply adores her. Cricket was running around like crazy, and Kira followed her around for almost half an hour. Whenever she wanted to get Kira's attention, she would go up and grab Kira's tail and tug it. They lie right next to each other, and Kira almost seems to be watching out for her a lot of the time. Ace, the lab, is more jealousy prone (especially since she started playing with his toy), but he eventually warmed up to her some. And she loves all of the cats.
Housebreaking is going very well, she has never had a single accident indoors! She responds to her name /most/ of the time, and knows sit and down (though we're still working on her staying put for more that a few seconds!) At night, she cries for about 5 minutes when I first put her in the kennel, but then is quiet all the way through the night until about 6. Even with all of her energy, she is an amazingly easy puppy! I have never had a puppy who has been so trouble free the first week! I'll take pictures soon to send you. She's simply precious.
All the best,
Morgan
